Louise set up Tweak Life to bring together well-being providers, research, tools, apps and charities following her own experience of post-natal depression. She wanted to provide a platform where people could easily find the help they needed for free. In addition to this, she stopped drinking alcohol last year after realising it was causing her anxiety and now has a big presence in the sober Instagram community.

Kate is a writer who has worked for various companies including Disney and The United Nations and brings her skills to Tweak Life to ensure that the content we produce is accurate and easy to understand. She joined the company after meeting Lou through the sober community, where she is active on Instagram, known by the handle @walking_the_straight_line
